These terms cover your use of the Everydesk website and the public demo phone lines listed on it. By using the site or calling a demo line, you agree to them. Separate written agreements govern paid service for practices.

The demo lines

The phone numbers on this site are live demonstrations that answer on behalf of fictional practices. They exist so you can experience the product. No real appointment is made, no real practice receives your information, and you should not call a demo line for an actual medical, dental, veterinary, or emergency need. Please don't share sensitive personal information with a demo line beyond what's needed to try it out.

Not medical, veterinary, or emergency advice

Everydesk is an automated assistant. It does not diagnose, does not provide medical or veterinary advice, and does not confirm appointments. Nothing on this site or said by a demo line is professional advice. If you or an animal are having an emergency, hang up and call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room or emergency animal hospital.

Acceptable use

• Use the site and demo lines for lawful, personal evaluation only.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure.
• Don't use the demo lines to harass anyone or to transmit unlawful content.

Intellectual property

The Everydesk name, this site's content, and its design are ours. The self-hosted fonts used here are distributed under the SIL Open Font License. You may not copy the site's content for commercial use without permission.

No warranty

The site and demo lines are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Demonstrations may be modified or discontinued at any time, and availability is not guaranteed.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Everydesk is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or the demo lines.

We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date above reflects the current version.
